HTML Introduction

HTML is the standard markup language used to create web pages and it was made by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).


HTML Prerequisites:

For HTML, You will simply need a basic text editor, such as Notepad and an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Chrome. And also you can use a dedicated software program such as Dreamweaver or Microsoft FrontPage.

The extension of the HTML file is either .html or .htm.

HTML Introduction:

It is the most widely used language to create web pages.

It is mainly used to mark and describe each of the content (writing, links, pictures, sound and video), so the web browser can show them correctly.

It is the building blocks of all websites.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript (JScan be included in HTML code. CSS is used to change how a webpage looks and the behavior of the HTML web pages can be affected by using JavaScript. Both the content will be covered separately.

And finally, HTML is very simple and easy to learn.
